Bus count and Which ADC settings to use and when?

I'm running PT9 for the first time now with my Symphony 64 rig and I'm only getting 16 busses. I thought it was up to 256? I might be wrong... I haven't used PT extensively in a long time.

Also, what ADC settings to use and when. I'm accustom to Logic where it just does it's thing. Which is what I was hoping for.

Just go to your I/O-Setup to add more busses. This should do the trick.

As for ADC, just try it out. There is only two options to chose from.

Ha... I figure the bus thing out right after I posted my initial topic. As for the ADC, I figured there might be a recommended use for the two ADC settings. Know of any?

If you only need minimal ADC, then set it for short.. that will leave more CPU resources for other things. If you need it all, then use that.. Kind of like putting salt on your dinner... season to taste..
