Default iLok support

An Auth has disappeared from one of my iLoks. Anyone had any luck submitting a support ticket to iLok? Their site says that you can submit one if you don't find an answer in the FAQ's but I can't find any place at the end of any of the FAQ threads where one can actually click a link to write out anything.

Hi,

Opened ilok licence manager on Friday to download the Soundtoys update V5 and my account went into auto sync and 5 licences went missing!

I uninstaller the licence manager and reinstalled fresh and all was back to normal.

Yah, the same thing has happened to me. Re-installing the iLok manager has worked in the past. This time I had to manually re-sync the iLok in question and all of the licenses came back. All really a pain in the butt for s system that should not have these problems, but whatever works I guess.

Are any of you running the latest version of the ILM? I'm a couple of revs back at 2.4xx because I've read of some issues (like the one discussed here) with the latest versions.

I'm running the latest version. Maybe it's true that this version is the culprit. It's not conclusive but the evidence is sure pointing in that direction.

What I think I'll try is that since I have a separate daw computer and internet/Photoshop machine is install the latest ILM on the internet machine; my daw machine has 2.4xx ILM and see what happens. This is providing I have the time today as wifey seems to have my day planned out for me.
