Ok, I found you and you are registered so it's a matter of account processing now.

And thanks for the encouragement. I got excited when I saw the song selection in your playlist, and it took me 3 browsers to get some audio from it but am cranking it now. I wore out Bridge of Sighs back in the day, and you really nailed it!

I got a download link from jeffro last night after making a lot of noise here, lol..

The normal thing to do is to take care of existing customer who have prepaid for a product first. Providing a download for existing customers who have bought and got the license already should take seconds after the release not days or weeks. Even if you have to do processing to do so, it should thanks minutes or a few hours at most. If not you guys at Avid need to upgrade the computers running the customer handling.
All the data from existing customers are there already, so there is no good excuses for these delays. I got sorted out so I'm happy about that and the software looks rock solid on my system, more so than v11. And that's more important to me than all the new up and coming functions. Just to bad all this noise from unhappy customers is overshadowing this.. And that's Avid's own making.

no pt12hd download in my account too....
purchased as HD10 to HD11/12 on 9th Dec 2014,
very unhappy and why the hell no simple download link ??

dear jeffro could you please fix at least the PT12 download link in my Account?

Hi Jeffro!
I bought pro tools 11 regular on November 19, 2014 (order id 4269909) and pro tools HD on 11 February 25, 2015 (order id 4354526). I already have the license to my ilok for PT HD 11/10/12. For PT 11 regular I haven't absolutely nothing. For both I have nothing in my account.
HELP, please!.

Hi, my first post on this forum.

Bought PT 11 HD included with an HD3 to HDX (+ 2 interfaces) upgrade 2 months ago and have the expert plus support plan but when trying to use the ASC get "An Error occurred" so can't contact anyone. I could phone but don't want to pay for a long distance call from Sweden to UK.
The PT 12 HD does not show in my account which is .....
Also in my personal account ..... I bought PT 11 for teachers in end of December, registered early January which included 1 year
of free updates, but also here no PT 12. I did not even get a system ID
or anything although I was told earlier by mail from Avid customer success that it should arrive.
Nothing about PT 12 or PT 12 HD in either of my accounts or on ilok.com.
No mail, nothing in 3 months.
Please add the updates I paid for and are entitled to.

Same here. The whole PT HD Support Plan 2015 has vanished. All other products are listed.

I have same problem, in my account no download link for ProTools 12. I buy in 31.12.2014 crossgrade from LE.
