Get a firewire drive. If you have a Firewire port or USB II port you can connect a 40GB, 60GB, 80GB drive to your computer and they are fast enough so that you could record your audio straight to it. It's a great way to port sessions between PC and Macs too. if you don't have a firewire port you can buy a card for about $30.
