1. Make a start marker.
2. Make an end marker safely beyond any tails.
3. Click the start marker in the Memory Locations window.
4. Hold shift and click the end marker in the Memory Locations window.

The timeline between start and end is now selected, and ready for bounce etc.

Or, if the selection you want won't be moved: Make your selection, open a Marker and change it from Absolute to Selection, name it and now, when you recall the Marker Location, the selection will be highlighted.

Cheers,

In 12.7 on my Windows machines, offline bounce consistently miscalculates the total song length by adding 60 seconds of silence at the end. The moment the bounce starts one can see that the song length is wrong by exactly 60 seconds. Having to "select" the song length every time may be a workaround, but Avid could do better than that. Real time bounce does not have this problem.
