Unable to move protools license to my ilok
i'm uable to use this license now, unable to drag to any ilok now.
please advice. thanks. |

That flag next to it means it was given up (surrendered) in exchange for another license. So you are looking at a now permanently inactive license.
(And from the date I can guess this was the license that was changed by Avid corporate to a different name — so you already have a working replacement license which is why this one is listed as surrendered)

i have 2 ilok for 2 machines with pt hd 11, now only 1 ilok working... any way to 'undo' or 'revert'? |

No.
Have you bought 2 separate licenses? This one was surrendered in order to upgrade/update a license. If you have bought 2 separate licenses, there will be another one in your account. Go to iLok License Manager, "All Licenses", sort by Publisher Name (click on "publisher name" at the top of the column.) Post a screen shot off all of the ones with "Avid" as the publisher. That will tell us where the other one is if you have have two licenses.
