Default Download access problem

Ive been on the list for PT First for a while now. This thursday Ive got an email from Avid which says that my copy of the app is ready for download (with the button "Download now" at the bottom). But when I press it Im redirected to a site that lets me get on the list again. Dont know where else to access my download. No sign of it in the master account. ilok account is linked.
Tried to access the email link in "secret mode" of Safari - it lets me access the page which describes 4 steps of obtaining PT First. But I cannot proceed it that way because secret mode doesn't let me login properly into any Avid account.

Can you verify you are signing in with your gmail address? That's the one you registered with for Pro Tools First.

Hi Jeffro,

I made a mistake and changed my e-mail on registration... So I created a new AVID Master Account (with gmail) and logged in, so I clicked again on download button and I now, after some confirmation pages, all links are available. I had to link PT First license to my ilok account... At the end, everything is ok!

Thank you so much!

I'm unsure of all this.
I received this AVID email* with the same sign-in page link rather than "Download Now"
(*Pro Tools | First is here)
No download to be found in Master account.. does another account need to made just for First?

I did this almost this exact same thing and when I hit register for the Master account it said something about how my copy of First would be available within the next few weeks. I used an email different from the one the "First Copy" came on and it basically sent me to the back of the line... Can I have mine reset so I can download my copy?
