Default Upgrading Pro Tools to run with Mojave?

I’m running Pro Tools Ultimate 12.4 (perpetual) on a MacBook Pro on which I recently upgraded the OS to Mojave. On this platform I use it with an Apollo Twin quad. It no longer sees audio. Any suggestions as to the best option to upgrade Pro Tools so it all works smoothly again???
Thanks

Aside from PT not yet being Mojave compatible, you’re issue may be that you haven’t given permission to PT within Mac OS.

Not sure what OS you upgraded from, but I think this ‘feature’ was introduced in High Sierra. Either way, the following may help resolve your issue.

Thanks Sardi. Will give it a go. Apparently AVID have just announced that ProTools 2019 is now supported on Mojave, so it looks like I'll have to upgrade anyway.
Appreciate the link and your advice.
Thanks!

We’ve been waiting 5 months for that particular release.

Coming... soon.

Where did Avid "just announced" that ProTools 2019 is now supported on Mojave", I thought we were still waiting for a confirmed announcement

A video from the AVID stand at NAMM. Sorry, my bad, it’s just stating what it will feature and it being compatible with Mojave upon release. Can’t be too far away!!! Here’s hoping 🤞🏻

They've promised it to us since January... here's to waiting... (sorry but I hate to admit it I've lost a great deal of faith in this company based on this, as have many other loyal customers, and I work at/manage a facility with a nice expensive S6)

Did you see this:

As for use with Mojave in PT maybe there is more to the issues than
just PT. Could it be an issue with Apple? It takes more than one player to work together.

Well, the wait is finally over!
Just saw the announcement email in my inbox.
And yes, it’s a shame that these companies don’t talk to each other when creating new versions of OS. Apple are often very tight lipped about new releases. There are generally ways around these problems, but it makes it messy when some applications require the latest OS, and then you’re waiting 5 months for an application like Pro Tools to catch up. I’m sure they had their software engineers working around the clock. Or at least I hope they did!!
I fortunately have two systems - an HD Omni on a Mac Pro, and a MacBook Pro interfaced with an Apollo Twin quad. I also run FCP on the MacBook, so went to Mojave, then went to do a Tools session and it didn’t see audio. Have just sat out the wait, and only used my desktop system for audio work.
The S6 would be lovely to work with I imagine. Have not had the pleasure. Here’s to the next chapter...

That sounds like the Mojave authourization for using the "mic" Apple requires you to do. It's been discussed and answered a lot on the forums. Avid even wrote up a note on what to do if using Mojave:
