Default strange 50 hz buzz linking Command8 to 003 rack

i brought my command8 to an authorized digi repair because i can hear a hum on the 50hz if i connected my Adam p33a to the command8 from a 003, i use balanced jack of course (but unbalanced got the same problem!) if i connect monitors directly to 003 no buzz at all, the service guy told me: yeah you know it's not a class A equipment, i answer: it's a 1000 euro controller!!!!
i blame my self having purchase it second hand, but it came out that all command8 the guy tested in his lab have the same problem, but they where there for different problems!! i can't believe digi sells command8 without testing on mid field monitors. padding the out of the unit didn't solve the problem, i'm very happy to have a second hand command8 and not a new unit, i save 400 euro!!! anibody have the same problem??

Could it be that you just have a grounding problem? If your monitors didnt have buzz before the c8 try putting the c8 on the same circuit as your audio gear... well you should have all your gear on dedicated circuits.

ok, you mean C8 and two monitor same plug?
i've tried but two monitors in the same plug give a buzz
so i always plug monitors in separate plugs.
anyway the same problem happenned in a authorized Digi pro audio testing Room, not only with my C8 but with another that was there for other tech problem. i get the card changed for free but the man a the end was more surprized than me. we tested the C8 with several monitors and the problem disappear only with low watt monitors,
thanks anyway, i try to post again this issue
