DAE Errors

A friend is having issues with his Pro Tools 10.latest (not sure what we're up to now) on Mountain Lion. He made a region group with a large set of tracks and lots of edits. Then, when he applied one more edit to the region group, Pro Tools crashed and now gives him these three DAE Errors:

9405
9031
9480

My question is if there is a limit to the amount of material that can be region grouped and edited on top of that group. Also, is there a complete chart of all DAE errors someplace. The only one found by searching the Avid Knowledgebase was 9031.
