Need license and ilok for instrument expansion pack

I have good ol pro tools le 8.0.4 mbox with a command 8 and eleven rack on a pc. I bought the instrument expansion pack (structure1.1, strike 1.5, velvet 1.3, transfer 1.3 and hybrid 1.6) from Amaz** but it did not come with activation card.where could I find a license for this? And what kind of ilok usb key would I need? 1,2 or 3? Thanks for listening. LoLo

How much money did you spend on this?

If it did not come with the appropriate authorization / registration code, then you got tricked into buying just the installation media. Since this was Amazon, I would return it for my money back. If you keep it, you'll still need to buy an ilok ($50) find used licenses and pay ($50) for the license transfer plus whatever you pay the seller for the licenses.
