Yeah thats how it is in Windows 7 for PT9 and up.

When I select Hardware from the drop down Set Up tab it only shows the 003R but all my 11R features work fine.
Going to mess around with it more today and get the Expansion from the Avid Store.

My machine came with IE9 and I'm reading thats not going to work so well....does it need to be completely uninstalled or could I just use Google Chrome instead?

Going to have to read up on the complete install procedures....I believe I read somewhere there is kind of a 2 stage set up.

Read this thread again carefully, should be only one stage for updating the Firmware, you already have the updated Pro Tools plugins in 10.2.

Hey gang...dropped IE9 and dl'd the expansion...click...click....damn....that was easy :)
Everything working flawlessly including the GUI for the 11R.
You guys again were awesome!!!!!!!!!! and cant thank you guys enough...

There is some sort of conflict when installing the Firmware and IE9. As you have found, you must uninstall IE9 before you run the firmware updater portion.

Now that you have it installed you can re-install IE9 as there are no known conflicts with IE9 after the firmware updater has been installed.
