Tempo & Bar/Beat Mapping to Timecode Location

Trying to figure out if there is anyway to do this in the new version of Pro Tools (6.7). With the new MIDI features coming into PT we are starting to look at it as a composing application. One thing which is necessary is tempo & Bar/Beat mapping. We compose to picture and need to be able to map the bars and beats at will.

Ex; I am working to picture (quicktime video with timecode) and writing a piece. I have multiple points during the picture that I want to be able to musically hit with down beats etc. So say at 01:04:12:01 I want to have bar 34 beat 1 land exactly at that timecode. I want to be able to basically make a tempo map that changes so that I can map out where my beats land. I want to be able to find the hit point in the picture, go to that timecode location and tell PT that I want a specific beat to land at that timecode.

Any one know how or if it is possible?
