Are your monitors connected to the back of the Digi 001?
Are they powered monitors? (moving this to the 001 Mac forum) |

Toggle the Monitor Mode button on the front panel and make sure its gain is up.

Re: Old school PT/mac set up problems that need fixes!
Thx for the responses! No i dont have powered monitors. i have alesis monitor ones that are in excellent condition. running them thru a eurodesk sl3224 which is also great condition. (i know, pretty old school huh) i have the monitor gain up on the front and i even tried to connect the speakers directly to the digi 001 outs to no avail! is there maybe something within the protools program that was switch off or something?
