About sync: it has been known for quite some time to avoid using wordclock for sync and sync 2 deltas via spdif.
If you have 2 delta cards usable in PT 8, then you would have to be the first (since 7.3) that I have ever heard. I have synced my 2626 with my 1010lt using spdif, to add 2 channels, but you can't use more than 1 interface inside PT.
no one has been able to prove that they can get it to actually work. My 2626 shows 26 I/O, but still only 18 actually work.

Then consider me the first (which i can assure you I am not). I have two delta 1010's working great in PT8.01 (and 7.4 before that).

I would say you are the first then. There have been a lot of posts claiming this in the past, and the never actually ended up working. So you are saying you have 16 I/O with access from inside PT> Then you are THE first I'm sure.

you have post it elsewhere and post a link here. I am very curious to see both delta's in the I/O section.

well then if you think the I/O is curious, you're going to love seeing all 16 tracks at mixdown.

again, if you re-read my post: the driver vers is important (screw the latest delta versions), and you sync via spdif (that applies to any sync of multiple deltas).

we are not talking delta LT btw...(but, I would bet even two LT's could be synced).

Now you and I both are not THE first

add: in setup-hardware you will see Maudio Delta
The I/O will show you 2 deltas of useable I/O

I'm impressed, what driver version are you using? Many many have tried this, and no one could come up with a solution. I have searched the net for years.
. I stand corrected.

Yep, I can't stand Fwire hardware, I'll take the PCI 1010 over them any day.

throw the wordclock cables out.

Of course you only get 18 of those channels to use. But I get 26 in Reaper and 18 in PT. I like my 2626. But like I said I'm impressed that it works. Have you used all I/o at once and checked for any phase problems. Just curious how accurate they clock together.
