PTF 20019.5/2019.6 Fails to Install on MacOS Mojave

Hey guys, trying to install PTF but something is not agreeing here.

Every time I hit the DMG files (tried 2019.5 and 2019.6) it starts loading but before any other prompts I receive the attached errors.

Have tried downloading the files again, have tried rebooting the mac, have changed the safety settings (attached) but every time is the same issue. I have 800Gb of free space.

I have also attached my Mac's info. It is my understanding that it is compatible so any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have tried all the first 3 tips there and had no luck.
The last one refers to Apps already installed that are not running, in my case it's a DMG image to be able to install the App.

I have since then been able to deactivate Gatekeeper by following the Terminal prompt:

sudo spctl --master-disable

That opens the ANYWHERE option on the Security & Privacy (attached) and finally the application moved past the previous errors (attached) but is now stuck at a new error(attached):

"Warning
The following disk images couldn't be opened
Reason
image data corrupted"

Researching this error I could find people who had success by re-downloading the software, sometimes from a different browser. I have tried Chrome, Safari and Firefox and every single file has the exact same size (attached) and still no success...

So I am again stuck, now on a different problem.

One more attempt, I have downloaded PTF using my mobile phone and mobile data (different device and network) and then transferred to my Mac.

The file is exactly the same size as all the other ones.

Same error\warning.

Still no luck...
