Default SPDIF clock generators

Are there any devices apart from the Nanosync and the Digital Time Piece that will generate SPDIF clock from SMPTE LTC? The DTP is overkill, as I already have an SMPTE to MTC convertor and don't need its other bells and whistles (yet).

The Nanosync looks good but probably costs about the same as the DTP (not sure if it's available in Australia or not).
