basic panning question- real answers wanted
Hello-
some simple panning questions. If I record to a 2 track DAT from preamps I assume that the signal would be dual mono. If I send that via SPDIF to PT it will still be dual mono, no? If I had panned into the DAT at full L&R this would be stereo. If I sent this via SPDIF to PT with L&R tracks in PT fully panned would it stay the same or become some sort of hyperstereo? This might seem stupid, but I've been wondering for a while. |
