You have to open a new session, import tracks and find the corrupted file....

I have this happen consistently with OMF or AAF files from Logic 9 from some clients of mine.
The solution is to import the audio and immediately commit or consolidate the regions and then delete the old tracks and files (select unused, clear). Commit with delete is quicker and cleaner. Also, when these sessions won't open, you can still open them in PT10 most times, then do the consolidate and clean, save, reopen in PT12. |

In my case I get it when I try to import an aaf made with Media Composer 2018.11 or made with Pro Tools Ultimate. http://duc.avid.com/showthread.php?t=407212 Might help you identify an issue in your case
