Thank you Southsidemusic and Jeffro, I received an email from avid with a link to download version 12.5.2 and the file worked wonderfully well. Very happy, for a month I was looking for alternatives thinking it was something in my network and computer.

One last question, in my avid account will the links in version 12.5.2 and 12.4.0 also be changed?

Thank you one more time

The linked files were replaced, but the URLs remain the same.

Might help to know the exact error, but try extracting right to C:\ since it sounds like you might be running into the path name limit on Windows. See these KBs for more info:

I downloaded it again to version 12.04 and now extracted it correctly without any error message at the end of decompression.

I was using drive C: windows on all occasions

Thanks

I downloaded Pro_Tools_12_5_2_Win_91791.zip from your account, and had no problem with the download, expanding it, or running the installer. I used Chrome 58.0.3029.110 on Win7.

What browser are you using? Have you tried clearing cache and/or cookies?

I recorded this video with a cell phone. Both computers were formats from yesterday to today for me to have a completely clean install after I was able to download and extract the files without problems from the link forwarded to my email by avid.

The files have been downloaded to each computer.

As you can see the link sent by email does not display any error message, since what I try to download on the site continues to report corrupted file.

As I said I've tried in different browsers. My current version is google chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit)

I'm in Brazil, so the error messages in Portuguese language

Sorry but that video is way too muddy and out of focus to read anything and in Portuguese non the less.

Jeffro downloaded both your files from your account and had no problems at all so i would suggest turning OFF ALL ANTIVIRUS programs and keep them OFF. Delete all of these downloaded files and restart computer. With all Anti Virus software and if you have anyother blocking software OFF try downloading again.

Make sure you have these items OFF completely before you try downloading again.

Sorry for the persistence, but the link file persists with the corrupted file on the avid website in my downloadable account. I do not use antivirus on my computer, it is installed only pro tools 12, plugins, winrar and winzip and chrome, nothing more.

Today I travel to another city where my girlfriend resides and I downloaded her computer again and I get the same results, the avid account file does not work and the one sent to my email works perfectly.

I am an electrical engineering student and I have an experience with programming and computers have already performed several tests before including sending a message to make sure it was not a local problem.
