Default TL Space Preset CRASHING the system - help ?

I have an HD3 ( Mac Pro - plenty of RAM etc ) running 7.3.1

everything's been running perfectly. I havent upgraded or changed anything

today , as I'm mixing , I'm switching between my own presets on a TDM TL Space ( which I use all the time ) and merely switching presets crashes everything , the pointer freezes , and I to physically power down the computer

trashing and restoring presets doesnt help

any ideas ?

Have you tried trashing preferences, including TL Space prefs?

Hi,

As DS says trash the TL Space prefs in System drive/users/your name/library/prefs TL Space preferences

Also, when this happens are you able to right click on the PT logo in the dock and press quit? instead of having to quit the mac. you'll need to reboot after quitting though!! as you must always reboot after a quit or a freeze etc.

Chris
