MBox, Wavelab 4.01 and ASIO Driver Problem

I just bought a new computer and installed PT LE 6.7. Worked great right out of the box. I have used Wavelab for years and installed it. When I check the PREFERENCES in Wavelab it shows that the Digidesign ASIO driver is selected by Wavelab.

Then I load a wav file into Wavelab, hit play and get a big error message. It seems that either proTools is utilizing the driver (although the the computer has been restarted) or that the MBox (or driver ) is not supporting the sample rate or bit depth. (24 bit, 44.1khz). Also, the ASIO Control Panel is grey-ed out and NOT available in Wavelab.

The MBox is working great with both the PT software and with Windows Media Player.

Any ideas on how to correct this problem. I am posting this over on the Steinberg site as well, but I was hoping that somebody with PT and an MBox had found a fix.

Welcome to the forum..
24 bit, 44.1khz is of course supported. Make sure to close PT LE , before opening WL !
Only one app at the time !
You should see the Mbox in preferences>audio cards tab in WL.
