Final Cut Pro EDLs
We're having problems getting some edls to work that were made in Final Cut Pro. We're trying to import them into Audiovision 4.1V10 so we can batch digitize the audio.
The first set of edls we got had both audio & video. We just got another set of edls that are supposedly audio only, but they're not working either. We've tried all the different formats CMX340, CMX3600, etc. But no luck. We've had problems with Final Cut Pro edls before. Does anyone have any ideas? |

Re: Final Cut Pro EDLs
Well, I got them to work. I copied them to a floppy disk and then imported them from there instead of from the hard drive or jaz disc that I had been trying.
I'm not sure why this made a difference, but it worked and I was able to copy them to a sequence. I haven't tried batch digitizing anything yet, so hopefully I won't have any problems with that. Is it just a coincidence that it worked from the floppy and not from the hard drive or jaz? |
