Exclamation iPad HUI controller?

Is it possible? Ethernet protocol emulating HUI. Man if it is possible someone with the skills to code and put a great UI on it would make some money.

Any thoughts or comments or am I crazy?

Looking in the app store yet to see one iPad. Keep looking, any names you know of? I am thinking of a high end pro app that could really be used in a pro studio. I have my hands on one, it could work. A 12 inch screen would be sick.

I have no details I can offer as I'm not really up on top of this stuff. I've only seen screen shots and promo for these types of apps on various audio forums.

That said, I do know that there are some 32 track multi-track recorders for the iPhone/Pad/PodTouch...and even those have delay compensation.

There is a app called AC-7 $9.99. Looks cool, but I know someone will kill this. Bundeled with a caddy to put it at about 30% with a no slip base. I am talking something like a tango as far as the interface. I know there would be no hardware encoders and the like but it could be bad a**! come on Shane, you write it I woul pay $50 bucks or more depending on the features. It makes since. And with multiple touch. Wow plugin automation could be amazing!

That's just sad........ Avid bow your head in shame. Or better yet get it out of your *** and make things right.

Ah...you mean like those old multi-track transport remotes but with modern features like the AV Tango. That would be pretty killer! The Tango has some amazing fast work flows.

That thing is awesome! I think I read about it in one of your recent post and went to there site. That is what I am talking about. Out of my budget but that is a amazingly well thought out controller. The workflow looks way better then Icon.
