Default Unable to deactivate Pro Tools Ultimate

Hi
I am a user of Pro Tools Ultimate - Perpetual Product and I just update my annual plan for another 12 months.
Once I did that I lost all my Pro Tools plugins and in Avid link under Products tab I am trying to deactivate old licence in order to run new one - purchased today.
But it takes forever to deactivate it. Is it normal?

Unless I am doing something really wrong here, this all does not make any sense to me.

Anyone else experienced same issues please?
Also where is the HEAT please?

I never have been able to find it.

Thanks

Mariusz
