Major GUI enhancement to me thx Digi
Automations lines thicker, more brightness in the edit window (grid lines : great) + other visual when audio is selected !!
it was worth it this PT8 new/old look discussion. just for this i am happy thx again Digi !

yes, scrolling is FIXED!!!!
waveform view has changed too. (more like 7 but you can zoom in for details!) it's much easier to see selected regions as well.. great! I don't have to keep my PT7 boot disc...

Yes! Thanks Digi! I really like the inverted colors for selecting audio regions. Very nice. Automation lines look better and I especially like that the selected ruler bar's numbers are bright white. Waaayyy easier to see those numbers.
Yes, it feels much SNAPPIER too.
