I've downloaded, re-uploaded and sent you the Session file (.ptx) This can be opened on Pro Tools First as well if you wish. The folder includes all Audio files. Please check your Email. Also, your cloud needs to be cleared if you wish to open the Session, it's over 500GB.

Absolutely fantastic! It worked like a charm! I can't thank you enough! The project is now back and I've moved it off the cloud so my cloud starage is back to 0%.

1 small thing though is that the project count is now at 1 even though I have no projects in the cloud. Can it be reset or something? I've attached a screenshot.

But a million thanks for you efforts! I really appreciate. I fully thought that I'd lost my work.

Hi, we will need to reset this on our end. Note that this will wipe out all projects stored on the cloud. Please let us know if you're ready to proceed.

Thank you,
Tope

Nice support from Avid, but now PatJo please consider trying out the Pro Tools Ultimate Trial and then seeing if you can rent or buy a copy of Pro Tools Standard (all you need then is the licenses, the ultimate install is actually the same software).

Go for it! I have no projects or data in the cloud at the moment. Thanks again!

Why is that pathetic? It has all the relevance to the OP’s topic
