When you install the plug-in, where is it being installed to, exactly?

Same here too. It shows in my common file/digi/dae/plugins folder on C drive. I then pull copies into the digidesign/dae/plugins folder on my D drive which is my Protools drive. It shows loading up with the other plugins as well at Protoools start up but can't be found anywhere while working in Protools itself. And by the way, Antares is completely dropping the ball as far as support goes. I've emailed them 4 times since their one and only reply and I get nothing. They are obviously ignoring the fact that we paid money for their software and have gotten ripped off! I will not buy another Antares product again.

Hmm. I'm at a loss. If you've tried trashing preferences and that didn't work, I don't know what else could be causing the problem, since the plug-in seems to be installed to the correct directory.

Hopefully Antares will get back to you with an answer. I'll see if I can find a system around here that has that plug-in installed and try to determine what could be going wrong...

Well, first of all, Pro Tools should not be installed on your "D" drive. Pro Tools itself, and all the peripherals (plugins, etc) should be installed to your system drive.

When Digidesign recommends a separate drive, they recommend it for your audio sessions, not the program itself.

This may not explain the Antares problem, but it certainly may cause other problems.

I've been thinking all along thay the problem has been on my end but I, just today, loaded an M-Audio plug-in and it shows up just like it's supposed to. Now, it still may be on my end but it's unique to the Antares software so in my mind it's partially their problem. Does anyone agree?
