Thank you, I got in touched with iLok and they directed me to File -> close cloud session, which was exactly what i needed to do!

Really impressed with everyones customer service. Its incredible.

Hi, i have the same problem here, already solved the payment issue, my subscription appears as activated in my avid account, but the license does no t appear on my ilok and can't access protools, my big problems is that in a matter of hours i have to record a live session with 2 bands. Please Help!

I'm having the same problem - renewed my Acadmeic credentials and now no Pro Tools. Says active on my AvID account, but iLok says expired!!

Got stuff to do. Case number is #03948748

Hi Scott. This should be all set now. If the same issue occurs. Please try deactivating your license on your iLok License manager and re-activate and let us know if the same issue occurs.
