O.K.
I just ran a battery of tests with my older early 2011 MacBook Pro 8GB of ram and Yosemite 10.10.4 with PT 11.3.1 and 11.2.1 before I just updated the software today. I found no issues. If anything it all seemed very stable and in some cases even better with the mac launching a bit faster. Yes, I timed it faster.
I will update my Trash Can Mac maybe this weekend after I clone my BU drive just in case, but this is NOT a big issue in my opinion with this update running anything. I am running a TON of VI's and EQ's etc. Not seeing any issues here at all. I had been running 11.2.1 on this same macbook for months with 10.10.3 and had no problems either.. Hope that helps

P.S. I always use the Combo Update for all of my OS installs for my computers

Maybe we should merge them together so no one miss any posts and keep members experiences in one place

After installing the Combo Updater, (prior to running Disk Utility on my internal HD), I installed the Combo updater of OS X 10.10.4. So far, everything in the last day seems solid. I'm running Spectrasonics VI Omnisphere 2 and Kontakt 5 with no problems and using Protools HD 11.3.1 Seems good so far. I will post some things if there are any concerns, but honestly I do not see that happening. I did not trash the Protools prefs either, but may if there is a problems.
