Default Alternative plugins

I was wondering if anyone here had a good alternative to the following plugins. Acme Opticom XLA-3 and Maag EQ4. At the moment these aax plugins are not silicon native compatible so I am searching for plugins that will do a similar job that ARE silicon native compatible. Any suggestions out there?

Only alternative for mäag4 is the real hardware. It is unique.

Hi Erik,

PluginAlliance stated, that their next round of native silicon aax releases will happen at 31.03.23. I don't know which of them, but I hope EQ4/EQ2 and some SPL stuff will get released.

Different, but maybe an alternative: Soundtoys Sie-Q, or PulsarAudio Massive (on sale now).

Best
Maik

I believe Kirchhoff EQ has an emulation of MAAG EQ.

An alternative for Maag EQ4 might be the PSP-E27. It has a 24k top frequency and is a excellent sounding EQ overall. It's on sale too. https://www.audiodeluxe.com/products/psp-e27'

I don't know if E27 sounds like the Maag (never owned it) but I've had the E27 hardware and software and it's a fantastic eq. For beefy but articulate low end it's Le Bee's Knees.
