Pro Tools Instalation Failure (macbook pro/eleven rack)

Protools 8 LE 8.0.1
13" Macbook PRO 2.8Ghz intel Core i7 4GB Ram (1333 MHz DDR3)
Eleven Rack Hardware (not upgraded to ERXP)


I put instal disc in, and at the end a window pops up saying THIS:

System extension cannot be used
The System extension "/System/Library/Extensions/
DigidesignElevenRack.kext" was installed improperly
and cannot be used. Please try reinstalling it, or
contact the product's vendor for an update.


The "Install Pro Tools LE 8.0.1" Window also says THIS:

The Instalation failed.
The item you are installing from is damaged. Try
installing from a different copy of the item or contact
the manufacturer for a replacement

Which is a bunch of garbage because i installed protools on my desktop iMac with no troubles.

I downloaded the drivers for the Eleven Rack, and installed them, ... still the same error. I plugged in the eleven rack hardware, which i dont think you are suppose to do, ... and still same error message.

Help Please!

What version of OS X on the MacBook?. PTLE 8.X does not work on Lion.
