PT M-Powered 8.0.4 doesn't recognize FTP
My system:
i3 550 processor 4 gb ram windows 7 64 bit m-audio fast track pro I receive the "Unable to locate M-Audio hardware" message when trying to load up my PT M-Powered 8.0.4 with cs2. I know everything is connected as the FTP control panel tells me that the device is connected in the top right corner. Also, I am able to output music from the computer to speakers using the device so I know that works properly. I originally had PT installed on my E: solid state drive but an Avid rep told me my problem was that PT needs to be installed on C:. So I reinstalled on the C: but this has not solved my problem. Interesting fact is though the TS utility device tells me it doesn't see any installation of PT on my machine?? As for the drivers for the FTP when looking in device manager it tells me that the verison is 5.10.0.5134 even though I have tried to erase all drivers and install freshly with the latest driver 6.0.7. Please help! I've had the software for two weeks now and I am yet to be able to start it! |
