Glyph is not formatted. Came out of box ready for a Mac. It is not partitioned.

I have the same problem since 12.3. But in my case the log file says the files have been adjusted instead of deleted.
All the files at the session are linked to just one audio file, they show the correct region name but the audio file name is the same for all the files, and all the files at the session are the same file but with different lengths.
The session is at the internal drive, I have tried on 3 computers and the problem is the same. If I install a pre 12.3 version of protools the session works fine.
I hope this bug will be fixed soon because it makes Pro tools 12.3 and 12.4 useless.
Also, I can not find a version of Pro Tools 12.2.1 to download anywhere, in my account I just can see 12.4 and 12.3.1, is there any hidden link anywhere for previous versions? Lucky I had a 12.1 installer but I would like to use at least 12.2.1.
