Error -50

Guys I am running Pro Tools M-Powered v8.5 on mac osx Snow Leopard. Using a M-Audio Fast-Track Ultra 8R USB module.
My external harddrive is a ministrack v3 made by OWC.

Been using it for 2 years and all the sudden Iam getting this error code during playback or record.
