VU DBFS Settings

Hello All,

Looking for some Help on this topic, Please...

What are the best VU DBFS settings for Eleven Rack?
Some People Use -14, or -16, or -18
Does anyone know what the most accurate DBFS-Setting is when using Eleven Rack as Pro Tools Interface??
