Default Eleven II Activation

Hi All. Just purchased upgrade from Eleven to Eleven II. When I try and activate it at the activation screen where you enter your ilok id it just stays on this page. Have tried it on chrome, safari and internet explorer. All behave the same. Any ideas?

Thanks
