How long does it take the HD Upgrade renewal to show up? [SOLVED]

I just renewed the Annual Upgrade Plan for our HD license (and added the Complete Plugin Bundle) for our building's HD system yesterday.

But I haven't received any confirmation email with licenses and no new products have shown up in the Products Not Yet Downloaded section of the Avid Account. The expiration for the HD license still says February 1, 2018.

Should I just keep waiting?

Will check out your case, but in the meantime... renewing doesn't deposit new licenses. It updates the term for your product in my.avid.com (so you get new installers there and in Application Manager) and extends the Release Limit on your perpetual license to run new versions. Check this in iLok License Manager... right+click on the license bundle and select Show Details. If those didn't happen, and as mentioned in your case you didn't get an Order Number then there must have been a problem with the order.

For plans that include bonus plug-ins, your Pro Tools Plan and Pro Tools HD Plan licenses get refreshed just before the renewed term starts, not necessarily when you renew.

Looks like my initial order didn't go through. So I reordered today. And the Support and Upgrade for our HD license shows 2019 as the expiration date so I think I'm good now.
