Default What has screwed up my busses? I/O

Guys, I need your help. I dont know what I did but I keep getting these messages in the attachments I am showing below. These songs were made with the same DAW, same version. I dont know what I changed for me to be getting these but all my ducking has been screwed up etc. Is there anything I should do in the I/O section in order to fix this? Thank you.

PT 11 with APollo Quad on PC.

See if everything works as expected when you un-tick the "map to output" boxes of Reverb, Delay, and Chorus. While you're in there, go to the Output tab and hit default. That should clear up the issue with the SPDIF and Phones buses.

Once you have it sorted, use the 'export' function to save I/O settings so that you can recall them at a later date should they be needed.
This is particularly handy for heavily customized I/O as it saves having to start from scratch renaming paths.

Ok. I haven't seen that error yet however I have deep seeded issues with the I/O settings causing hangs during closing sessions and saving changes in 12.
