Cant search for audio in Import Audio Box
Hi guys
We have a network sound effects drive which links to all of our studios. Lately whenever one of the engineers search for audio/sound effects using the Import Audio Dialog Box, the search will come up with nothing. I know this used to work as it was our method of SFX searches for the past couple years. It's only recently started to give us problems. I think the computer that the drive is connected to is starting to die, yet my boss thinks its a permissions problem with Pro Tools. Has anyone had a similar issue?? If so, how did you get it to work?? Thanks in advance UPDATE: If I search for audio in the workspace browser it comes up with results, just not in the Import Audio Dialog Box |

Re: Cant search for audio in Import Audio Box
Just tested it here with my NAS and I get the same behavior as you. Workspace can find it, but not Import dialog.
Will log it as a bug. BTW, my test was on 12.4. |
