Default New features in LE 5.3.1
Does anyone know if there is any real difference in the new LE besides that fact that it works with XP? I mean dont get me wrong but LE is starting to look a little stale and has not had a major facelift since version 3.xx.

A new look (not feel) for a new OS in a new age.

No offense, but I would rather my music sound good rather than look good. There are far worse things that could be wrong. Sure cubase and other have pretty colors but IMO they don't sound as good. I will sacrifice beauty any day of the week for brains.

A super hot, dumb girl might be good to look at, but do you really want to spend the rest of your life with her.

A good looking smart girl will not only keep your interest but as time progresses will actually become better looking

This audio stuff is expensive.

I don't think the original question was answerable by anyone but digi however...
This is what the PDF document had in it
for PTLE 5.3.1 features:

Support for Control|24 with Pro Tools LE 5.3.1 for Windows XP

DigiTranslator 2.0 Support
QuickTime playback via computer monitor
DirectConnect support
24-bit sessions on IDE drives

Didn't see anything about 32 tracks.
