Issues recording with pro tools 10.3

Welp, I've tried all I could think of...here's the situation.

I'm trying to record in pro tools using a zoom handy recorder H4n, and ASIO4ALL drivers. I've got all system sounds and other inputs/outputs disabled, as per the ASIO4ALL suggestions. Looking in the windows sounds options (running windows 7 enterprise) I see that the mic is working and inputting audio, but nothing will record inside pro tools.

I've tried resetting the preferences of pro tools, I've tried mucking around with random settings and then reinstalling it. I'm at an interesting point where if I open pro tools, it disables all the other sound on my computer.

I'm sorry if this isn't coherent, I've been writing this post over a period of two hours and my train of thought is somewhat decoupled. Any help is appreciated and I will answer questions to clear anything up!
