Help! inputs 3 and 4 not working

I cant get analog inputs 3 or 4 to work. I have tried with and without phantom power and also both the mic and jack inputs. Also have reinstalled PTLE/ digidesign driver. Whats the deal? Any advice?

Call Digi tech support. I remember there being a batch of 003 rack units that had this problem. The fix was simple as the harness for that circuit board was wire tied off a little too tight so you snipped of the tie and reconnect the wire.
