Default Retaining Selection in PlayList Editing

I am working on a comp track. When playback stops after a section, my selected area goes away. It seems like there should be a way to keep my selection as I audition all my takes instead of having to reselect each time, but I can't find it. Can anybody help?

Thanks,
Syd

Default Re: Retaining Selection in PlayList Editing

Syd, In your preferences, make sure that "Timeline Insertion Follows Playback" is not checked. Also, quit typing to yourself!
