The seller will have to pay $50 transfer fee to Spectrasonics, so the selling price will only be slightly cheaper than the Audiodeluxe Price.

You're better off actually buying it from Audio Deluxe... it is well worth $429.

The Difference may not be a substantial amount but still you will pay less buying from a seller from this forum, for the same License and same Software.

I believe you are not allowed to re-sell if you buy a second-hand license.
At least that's what I was told from Spectrasonic when buying Stylus from
another user.
