Is DUY operating ?

Hi !

Ive sent them like 15 email on differents dates asking them for the axx windows version
but never replied my emails...

The only info on this release is that they were working on the windows version is on their product despcription but that was
a looooong time ago ...

Somebody know anyhting about it ?

They are operating have you tried to use the live chat button?? I spoke to them on that about 2 months ago because like you I got no reply after sending millions of emails. You also probably know the history of DUY and how bad their customer service is anyway

everytime i go to the chat page never is avaiable in between their " chat avaiable "hours lol....

youre gonna laugh i had to use another email and they replied me a few minutes ago ...
they say that the update is in development but doesnt know when its gonna be ready so i asked that if the update is gonba be ready " THIS YEAR " and they didnt reply back...jajajaj lol
i guess i have to use another email for that question ..

i would like to know if avid knows something on this matter ...
