002 frozen with mute light \"on\"
My 002 has frozen and I have no idea how to fix it. I cut it on and and off and it trys to go into its setup mode but then nothing. I hear it clicking and sometimes the "sample rate" light illuminates but it does not stay on. I have a friend who had almost the identical problem with his and we're both stumped at this point. Im new to the forum so perhaps this problem has already been covered. If so please tell me where I can find the info. If not HELP!!!!!!
Specs: Mac G4 10.3.2 OS 1.25 GB ram Protools 6.2.3 002 Rack Lacie 160 GB Drive

Power harness - call Digidesign. Some people find that reseating the power harness gets it up and running again.
