Mcdsp retro limiter. It's a brickwall limiter and sounds really good. Works in dsp! I gained back more than 100 voices after trying it

I'm not after "Analog Saturation Modeling" and vintage sound in a Brickwall limiter. McDSP retro limiter describes itself that way on their website.

just a clean one - like L2007 (and i think L2007 is fantastic)

Give it a listen tho. You really have to hit it hard to make it sound satiated. I work in post an never hit limiters hard. I just use them for network specs. It works fine for that. Besides, it's the only one out there right now.
