This is good news. Downloading now. I can't count how many times Ive had to stop the eucon process in system prefs and start everything back up. Heres hoping.

On OsX 10.9.3, PT is very slow when Eucon is activated and all my surfaces don't communicate with PT HD 11.2

Installed the 3.1.3.
No change at all - still no shft+fader to 0db on Artist Control and still just 8 fader banking (instead of 12 fader banking with a control+mix) and still bluescreen if I exit the Cubase.

But......

still generally working, if it's once working

Sometimes I feel sad, cause nobody is listening to the users....

Installed EC 3.1.3. Running PT11.1.3. The fault listed in the PT11.2 update page (un-wanted plug-in assignments) is also happening with this combination too. Heads up Avid Support.

Another terrible update. I use the first generation artist series (MC Control and Mix) and the display is still sluggish, Eucon crashes, using it in PT 11.2 hangs the display. This is rendering all hardware useless. I can't imagine a case where I've spent this much money on hardware to have to struggle so much with it. Maybe you ought to look at how great companies like universal audio does software releases for their hardware and learn something from that. The Apollo with UAD is much more complex system than this, and yet there's never a release that causes anyone to stop being able to use their hardware, and they release every month!

Working with the Euphonix hardware is getting very very frustrating. Had I been swimming in cash I would have dumped this platform a while ago. Alas I am at the your mercy and my poor decision to use you.

Terrible. Bluescreen during install. When my control finally connects to the Eucontrol application, in cubase the screen takes 30 seconds to update and for the faders to move to the new track, and the eucon application is unresponsive whenever I open it from the system tray. Furthermore, after uninstalling and reinstalling several different versions of Eucon, I'm unable to roll back to any other version of Eucon without experiencing this issue. I'm SELLING MY UNIT and never buying anything from AVID AGAIN.
