An associate tells me Plural Eyes does a good job of putting the right audio with the right video, most of the time, but that he always has to adjust by hand afterwards because it can leave the audio 10-20 milliseconds misplaced. I think you're looking for phase sync, which is more like a couple of milliseconds and less.
